Yoga Master · Yoga Nidra · Meditation Expert
Nanda Kumaran has spent over two decades teaching Hatha Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation as a complete inner science — refined through direct practice and Himalayan wisdom, and shared with students across India and the world. He is also known by his spiritual name, Adi Gangesha. His life is dedicated to one destination: Moksha, liberation from suffering through direct self-knowledge.
Voice for Humanity. Truth for Society.
Nanda Kumaran does not teach yoga as exercise. He teaches it as Dharma (right living), practised through Karma (right action), leading toward Moksha (liberation). Every class, book and course is built around this arc: grounding students first in the body and breath, then guiding them toward stillness and self-inquiry.
You cannot meditate your way out of a life built on the wrong actions. Dharma comes first.
A daily discipline
His own practice still begins in Brahma Muhurta — the hour before sunrise traditionally set aside for sadhana, before the mind is occupied by the day. His teaching draws on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the Bhagavad Gita.
